I arrived at the hotel feeling extremely unwell after a rough 8 hr drive - the staff were extremely attentive and efficient in getting me & my friend checked in fast. I was very grateful for a super comfy bed, a/c and room service, along with the pool & massage to make use of the next day. The driver that took us to the airport after checkout was amazing - super professional & lovely car. Just the comfort we needed. Thank you.

Everything about the hotel was top-notch. The rooms were modern, beautiful and with top quality bedding. The heated pool and dining areas were amazing. The gym was ultra-modern with a real trainer to assist. The gardens were beautiful. The concierge and front desk were professional and helpful. The store was great. All staff, wonderful. We also stayed at the Lake Elmentaita and Masai Mara Serena Lodges with the same experiences. If you want a classy vacation, book with Serena!

I wanted to visit the cathedral so the location was perfect as was walking distance. I arrived very late to the hotel and received a warm welcome. room service was available as the restaurant had closed by this time. The room was clean and very comfortable. Toiletries were provided as were some snacks from the mini bar and tea and coffee making facilities. The decor of the hotel was lovely. My booking had not included breakfast so unable to comment on the food but the coffee was very nice. There was no time to enjoy the pool in the lovely surroundings. I would definitely stay again in the event of travelling to Nairobi

The buffet menu in general is gorgeous and multicultural. The waiterss, staff in general are very kind and helpfull. It creates curisoity to come back . The hairdresser in the hotel and the spa is just miraculous ,especially for black hair and spa / jetlag . ( note; this note is not for being published,its just to thank/ encourage serena staff)

Friendly staff. Comfortable rooms with a great housekeeping team. Very warm outdoor pool (31 degrees). Lovely spa section with sauna, jacuzzi and wonderful therapies by experienced staff. Breakfast buffet was excellent with a great choice of healthy options, including a variety of fresh juices, homemade muesli with seeds and choices of nuts, milk alternatives such as almond, rice or soy, gluten free options and more. Best a la carte meals are from the Indian cuisine menu.

The room was ok. The pool was big enough, but there are too few sun loungers. The drinks on the poolside were well made and good! Good for a short time stay.

Professional friendly staff. Nice breakfast. Although in city felt calm and relaxing in public areas. Nice pool area. Well appointed rooms with Elemis products. Security appeared thorough. Nice hotel shop better prices/products than we found in other places.

Wonderful friendly attentive staff Spices restaurant was delicious young female chef outstanding. John the concierge set up a great tour of the city and museum of natural History A must see.
